By purchasing services from Jettence OÜ, you agree to the following terms:
● Communication Agreement
I agree to make communication between myself and the service provider as open as possible by providing an e-mail address I know to be current. Furthermore, I agree to check my e-mail messages frequently so that I may see any updates from the service provider.
● Property Agreement
All dance coaching information is for the student and Jettence OÜ and may not be used for resale or retraining others unless written permission has been received from Jette Feigenbaum from Jettence OÜ.
● Release of Liability
I understand that there are known dangers and/or risks associated with the participation in the dance class and dance coaching, and activities associated with it. In consideration of participating in the dance classes or coaching, I hereby release Jettence OÜ, Jette Feigenbaum, and other representative, instructors, and/or volunteers from Jettence OÜ from all claims, damages, actions, lawsuits or judgments that I may have or hereafter have arising out of the dance classes and dance coaching. Further, I agree to defend and indemnify Jettence OÜ from all claims by any person or entity arising out of the participation in classes.
I understand that it is my own responsibility to take care of my body and limitations, any injuries are my responsibility. If necessary I will identify any prior injuries/limitations and/or medical issues to the instructor where necessary.
● Policy Agreement
I agree that I have read Jettence OÜ Policies and understand and accept their content. They are listed below. I agree to all the conditions mentioned in the Policies.
Once I have registered for coaching or dance class, my commitment is paying the total amount and showing up to the coaching call or class. There are no refunds but I may receive a refund in cases of illness/injury.
I agree not to video record or screen record instructional material during coaching or class, except when permitted by the instructor. When permitted, I will not post the recorded video on the Internet or share with others, unless I have received permission in writing.

The coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. As a result, local governments and state health agencies recommend social distancing and wearing a face mask in many locations. Jettence OÜ can not guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending a dance class could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.
I agree that I will not participate in dance class, if any of the following symptoms of Covid-19 are present. Symptoms may include, but not limited to:
- Fever in the last 72 hours
- Persistent cough
- Difficulty breathing
- Chills
- Muscle pain
- Sore throat
- Loss of taste or smell.
By purchasing services from Jettence OÜ I acknowledge that I have read the Terms and Conditions and understand its contents; that I am at least eighteen (18) years old and fully competent to give my consent; That I have been sufficiently informed of the risks involved and give my voluntary consent in agreeing with these Terms and Conditions as my own free act and deed with full intention to be bound by the same, and free from any inducement or representation. The content of these Terms and Conditions are subject to change as a result of experience, new information, changes in process requirements and the availability of resources.
